DNP Part II: Scavenger Hunt • Find an example of EACH of the following figurative devices in Act 2 Scene 2: Metaphor, Simile, Personification, Allusion • Be sure to cite them in the proper format Citing Plays Act = upper case Roman numerals Scene = lower case Roman numerals Lines = Arabic numbers Cite them in parenthesis like a page citation, separating each section by periods. (Act.Scene.lines) Example: A quote from Act 2, Scene 2 lines 3-4 would look like this (II.ii.3-4)

Homework: • Finish Act 2 Scene 4 and the comprehension plan • Postcard Project • WRITE a postcard from JR or RJ summarizing their exchange of words and plans in Act 2 Scenes ii-iv. • ILLUSTRATE the front of the postcard with an example of figurative language from these scenes • REMEMBER: Postcards are NOT 8.5x11 sheets of notebook or computer paper. They should be the appropriate size.
