Multiple systems and initiatives are in place to streamline legal processes and enhance communication between law enforcement entities.

New Process PA – MSPIn Custody • Live Scan data to MSP CCH • MSP send Criminal History to PACC/PAAM • PACC/PAAM Parse out the arrest data • PACC/PAAM Sends data to a Live Scan Arrest Pending file on PA ACTS/JCTS server • PA staff add case – can enter TCN & Incident number to get Defendant data
New Process PA – MSPIn Custody • PA screening decision – Authorized or denied Data sent to MSP CCH • If authorized – Data for I-Services Gateway is added to PACC/PAAM I-Services Data Warehouse
