Telefónica Europe EWC Organisation • TE EWC was established in 2004 • Updated contract concluded on23rd September 2009 • 5 member countries – • 15 seats in total in TE EWC (allowed range is 3 to 30) incl. 5 seats in Select Commitee • Seats are assigned to national representatives according to number of employees in respective countries; • 4 years functional period or shorter (according the national legislation) • representatives are elected or nominated (according the national legislation or union rules) • candidacy repeat is allowed
