WHAT TO DO • Read document • Record answers to the following questions on binder paper and an overhead transparency • Who is the author and what is his POV? • What is the date and historical context of the document? • Who is the audience? • List all of the arguments for imperialism. • How does the author attempt to appeal to public opinion?
