Skills needed to perform activity • Advancing the ball to be in position to score. • Sidearm throw, overhand throw, underhand throw • Catching the ball, having a target for the thrower. • Moving in an area away from the defense to be in position to receive the ball. • Anticipation
Rules to the Game • Can’t hold the ball longer than 3 seconds. • Must advance the ball forward. • Must use all three types of throws. • Must work with partner/team to score and advance ball. • All players must touch ball before they score. • Defense can’t touch offensive players.
