Disraeli- P.M. 1874-1880 • Public Health Act- gov’t. responsible for sanitation. • Artisan Dwelling Act- provided gov’t. housing for the working class.
Gladstone Appears Again and Again • Attempts to solve the Irish problem of home rule, which is defeated numerous times. • Charles Parnell- leader of Irish Land League.
