  1. Unit 1 Project A New Zoo for You The mayor of your town would like to build a unique zoo that allows different animals with similar characteristics to live in the same area. Your class has been asked to prepare plans from which the town council will choose. Your assignment is to design a zoo that will include a variety of exhibits. You will present your proposal to the mayor and the town council (the teacher and the class or others who will play the part). Each exhibit must be labeled to identify the animals and the observable features they have in common.
