Factors to also consider • Laws • Traditions • Practices – breaking the law / traditions & upholding unjust laws and traditions • Nature – resources – problems • Local institutions – Government – independent – media – civil society – religious • Foreign influences
Stories about factories • Dispensary • School drop out and factory
