  5. ITC / Antidumping Cases • Certain Chinese Plywood and Flooring Imports have been hit with Antidumping / Countervailing Duties. • These cases are complex, costly and disruptive to trade. • Presents an opportunity for non-Chinese markets.

  6. GSP Expiration & Renewal • U.S. Congress let the GSP Trade Preferences Program expire. • Expectation is that it will be renewed and it will be retroactive. • Must wait for Congress to return from August recess for renewal to occur.
