  5. mainactivity: Are you going to express this using the Christian or Muslim rules for art? Islamic Rules: 1. No human representation (no idolatry) 2. Importance of calligraphy (from the Qur’an - Allah’s words) 3. Use of geometric patterns and arabesque (reflects the order of the universe and natural forms in nature)

  6. mainactivity: Christian Rules: 1. Use of human representation particularly Jesus (Jesus was God on Earth – gives a vision of God) 2.
