Project update… (1) • New system has been delivered and is in the final stages of testing by end users and HQ staff • Changes to POR to support Compass have been implemented. • Final Security testing about to get underway • Look and feel changes completed • Templates for Youth data upload ready now • Final Training materials being finished this week

Implementation Plan… (1) • Migration is split in to two parts… • Adult Data migration • Youth Data migration • Currently on MMS • Currently on OSM • Currently on Spreadsheets and fag packets • ALL data migration from MMS to Compass by end July / early August. • Batch uploads of youth data until the end of the year.
