Itinerary Date: Monday 26th September. • 8:30AM: Leave ECA • 10:00am: Arrival to Tacata/ Welcome / Refreshments / Rooms / Change of clothes. • 11:00am: Ice-breaking and integration-type games / Pool Time • · 1:00pm: Lunch • · 2:30am: Activities to digest before the mega rally. • ·3:00pm: Mega rally ECA • · 5:00pm:Refreshments / Pool time / • ·6:00pm: Shower /Change of Clothes • · 7:30pm: Dinner • · 8:30pm: Bonfire / Campers’ Talent Show /Night Game • · 9:30pm: Party

Itinerary Tuesday September 27th 2011 • · 7:30am: Campers Wake Up • ·8:00am: Breakfast • ·9:00am: Change of clothes • · 9:00am: Splash, Paint injection, Pool Time • ·12:30am:Lunch • ·1:30pm: Change of clothes/ Pick up and clean cabins • ·2:00pm: Closing Activity/ Departure • · 3:30pm: Arrival to Caracas

Meals Monday, 26 · 11:00am: Snacks and lemonade · 1:00pm: LUNCH: Pasticho, Plantain, Salad, Juice and Dessert 4:00pm: Snacks (cookies fruit and Nestea) ·7:30pm: DINNER :Hot Dogs, Fruits and Juices Tuesday, 27: 8:00am: BREAKFAST: “Arepas”, cheese, eggs, juice and coffee 12:30:LUNCH: Chicken with rice, salad, plantain, juice and cake

Packing list Packing List • · Personal items (Shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, comb). • ·1 Full sheet set and a pillow • · 1 Bathing Suit • · 1 pair of flip-flops. • · 1 Towel for the pool • · 1 Towel for the shower • · 1 Pajama • · 2 changes of clothes that can get dirty, one per day. • · Old white change of clothes that can get dirty for the night activity • · Change of clothes to return home • · 1 plastic bag for dirty clothes • · Sunscreen • · Insect Repellent • · Cap • · Sunglasses (optional) • · Camera (optional). • · Balls, Frisbees, board games, etc. (optional). • *Everything must be identified clearly with name and last name.

  9. Rooms Take a form Write YOUR name at the top Write the name of 3 Friends you wish to be in a room with Guarantee ONE but maybe not all on your list We will organize rooms for you taking into consideration your choice This is a great opportunity to bond!
