  1. Prayer: Spiritual warfare Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 5:18)

  2. Prayer: Spiritual warfare I looked up and saw a man dressed in linen clothing, with a belt of pure gold around his waist.  6 His body looked like a precious gem. His face flashed like lightning, and his eyes flamed like torches. His arms and feet shone like polished bronze, and his voice roared like a vast multitude of people. (Daniel 10:5-6)

  3. Prayer: Spiritual warfare 1 John 3.8 “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”

  7. Prayer: Spiritual warfare Ephesians 6:11-18 [1] First: Satan attacks us with lies. – That’s why in vs. 14, God gives us a girdle or belt of truth. [2] Then Satan tries to tell us that we are sorry and no good. -- That’s why he is called the Accuser. And that’s why in vs. 14, God also gives us the breastplate of righteousness, God’s righteousness

  8. Prayer: Spiritual warfare Ephesians 6:11-18 [3] Then, Satan tries to keep us from moving forward with Jesus Christ. – That’s why in vs. 15, God covers our feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace.

  9. Prayer: Spiritual warfare Ephesians 6:11-18 [4] But then, Satan tries to make us doubt God. -- That’s why God gives us the shield of faith in vs. 16. [5] But we also have the helmet of salvation, because Satan tries to tell us that we are lost.

  10. Prayer: Spiritual warfare Conclusion: Be full of the Holy Spirit Stand Firm Resist the enemy by knowing God’s word Put on the full armour of God and use the piercing sword of the Spirit to force the enemy to flee.
