Project : SODASTREAM In this project was our task to find a company in which we were supposed to do a research and find some challenges or problems that the company was facing.
The result of our investigation was that Sodastream is an Israeli company whose main problem was that their main plant is located in the Industrialzone of MishorEdomim which is an illegal Israeli settlement in in the West Bank.
Case : HansensFlødeis This case was based on doing a research in this company and was connected with answering a few questions such as defining customers, competitors,challenges that the company faces, organisation of the company and the question where is the company heading. We used a theory that we were taught at Marketing and Organisation lessons.
How to make a sandwich In this task we were supposed to make a workflow of some activity and in the short period of time teach the students how to go forward with it.
Case : My Space It this case we were discussing about positive and negative aspects about the company called My Space and answer the question where is the company heading in the future.
Case : Glastonbury This was another case in which we were supposed to discuss about the purpose of the organisation, the environmental opportunities and threats, Glastonbury’s strengths and weaknesses and then make a three horizon analysis that we had learned in the class before.
Mindmap of company Defining company and describing differences between its departments was probably at least for me the most difficult task that we were supposed to do in this first module.
Intersport This project was kind of trial how we can work with students from other programmes. It was very useful because we could combine knowledge from different subject.
Coca cola This case was based on understanding the differences between mission, vision, corporate values and objectives .
In the last and the most important project of this module was our task to Include all the knowledge from Marketing management, Organisational theory and Economics that we were taught in the 1st module. It was interesting at least for me was to see how is everything connected and makes sense together. The 1st module was for me very helpful, not only to get a short view of what is expected from us, but also to get some basic knowledge about organisations, strategies and counting costs in economics.
