CONNECTED DRAWINGS Glass Point Workshop ISGNE project 10-15.12.2018Glass Point studio, Pernavas 33, Riga ARTIST MENG DU (MOE DU) http://www.mengduwork.com Glass Point studio welcomes you to explore the art language of glass. Combining the idea of book layout and paper, this one week long workshop will introduce you to the techniques of glass painting and basics of concept creating in artwork. Created artworks will be exhibited in a pop-up exhibition with you as one of the participants. meng du / drawing

PROGRAMM 10-15.12.2018 10th– 11.00 Presentation by artist “Meng Du / creative process” 12.00 Coffee Break 12.30 Get to know participants. 13.30 Sketching on China paper, old book’s, and other materials, artistspresence. 15.00 Individual discussions with Meng Du 11 th- Sketching and drawing. Gaining inspiration @ - Latvian national museum of arts - Arsenals Exhibition hall - Museum of Decorative arts and Design - Art Academy of Latvia 12 th– 11.00 Finalizing ideas - Work with the material  13 th- Drawing connection with glass 14 th- Drawing connection with glass. Pop-up exhibition setup. 15 th- 11.00 Final things that needs to be done before the opening 15.00 Pop - up exhibition with the works created!
