  3. 2. Overnight Chaperone - Fingerprinting • Must go to SCPS Board office on Lake Mary Blvd. to be fingerprinted. • Allow 2 weeks for processing prior to attending a field trip • Cost: $

  4. Driver’s License and Car Insurance • A copy of your Driver’s license and Car Insurance is required by SCPS. • If in the event you are required to drive another student (other than your own child) you must be listed as an “Approved” driver. • Please turn in form to Mrs. Maguire for processing

  5. Volunteer Opportunities Chaperoning • UDA Dance Camp • Football Games – including transport equip. • Day Trips • Overnight Competition Assisting • Costume – Rhinestoning, Washing • Fundraising – Pie Sales, Concession, Football Ads, Competitions

  6. UDA Dance Camp - Overnight • Thursday, July 5 – Sunday, July 8 • Stetson University • 10-12 Chaperones • Registered Drivers with SCPS • Chaperones are assigned rooms (not your child’s room) to oversee • Mandatory Meeting for UDA Chaperones – June 28 @ 6:30pm in the Dance Room.

  7. Football Games • Every Friday Night – both home and away games • 10-12 chaperones • Pre-game prep and organization • Equipment Transport – DADs NEEDED • Escorting Dazzlers to and from stands and bathrooms • Costumes - washing

  8. Day Trips • Examples – FBA and ICU • 10-12 Chaperones • Pre-Event Prep and Organization • Escort Dazzlers to and from via Bus or Car transportation

  9. Overnight Trips • FTDTA, UDA Nationals and potentially MA Nationals (TEXAS) • 10-12 Chaperones • Registered Drivers with SCPS • Parents are assigned rooms (not your child’s room) to oversee • Separate Meeting to cover in-depth details closer to event date
