Neuron Cartoon • You will need to create a cartoon mnemonic about one of the components of a neuron. • A mnemonics works by helping you associate unfamiliar words with either familiar ones you already know or with outrageous images that are easy to remember. • So you need to be as outrageous as possible.

  2. Synapse: The synapse isfound at the end of theaxon. It is the spacebetween one neuron andanother or between oneneuron and a muscle.Use the “naps” part ofsynapse and picturesomeone taking a napbetween two neurons.

  3. Serotonin: Low levels of serotonin in the brain are associated with depression. In this case we have “Sir Rotten” who is in a rotten mood (depressed)
