  1. Priority 3: Curriculum Development. • Linked to Priority 1 and 2. • Develop sports – HLTA role and increase opportunities for training as required. • Curriculum weeks • Training for new curriculum. • Celebrate success. • Develop international links. • Outdoor Learning – develop and resource the grounds/outdoor classroom. • New PSHE/SRE Curriculum. • Autumn: Outdoor Learning Week, Maths Day, Art displayed in the hall, Christmas Concerts (recordings). • Spring: International Week, PETx1 (Year 6), Art displayed in the hall, drumming (recordings). • Summer: Open Studios, Key Stage 1 Artist focus, Sports Week, Key Stage 1 and 2 choir concerts (recordings), guitar, violin, recorder and ukulele concerts (recordings). • Priority 4: Independent Learning and School Ethos. • Buddies (Year 6 for Reception Class). • Sports Leaders (hoodies). • School Council. • Eco Club – water project, Harvest/Water Aid. • Healthy Eating. • Involving pupils in decisions regarding development of the school grounds – new trim track. • Community links maintained and developed – Bircham Centre, Norfolk Children’s Book Centre, Reepham Life Magazine, Open Studios, Reepham High School etc. • International Links – Japan, France, Germany, Malawi. Peer to peer feedback. • Priority 1: Monitoring – ensuring teaching is at least good. Checking progress of all children. • Autumn: Peer observations, parent evening. Spring: Headteacher observations, parent evening. Summer: SLT observations, written reports. • Planning proformaagreed and all planning placed on server. • Links made between each subject area to a governor. Regular email contact made regarding subject progress/developments/challenges. • Subject leaders to form Action Plans which will be linked to the School Improvement and Development Plan. • Assessment – New TLR for tracking identified groups and evaluation of interventions. • Staff training as needed. • Pupil progress meetings. • Peer to peer feedback. • Feedback to children. • Priority 2: Ensuring standards in maths are raised from EYFS to the end of Key Stage 2. • Linked to Priority 1. • Spring Observations in Mathematics/Numeracy. • Pupil progress meetings. • Check assessment and feedback given to children. • Staff training • Marking and feedback policy • Teaching and learning policy • Planning and work monitored – subject leaders. • Maths audit • Maths day (Autumn Term) – problem solving, visitor, independent learning focus. • Peer support – especially in Key Stage 2. • Time allocated for teacher feedback (Year 6 as a trial). • Booster – Year 6. • PETx1 – Year 6. Business/Enterprise Week for all children. • Staff training opportunities as required.
