  2. 4559 UV14 Test Plan Outline (proposed) CustodianRequirement AEDP-2, Vol 2 (NIIA): Custodian: manage validation & compliance testing Custodian: validate STANAG is complete and understandable Custodian: identify deficiencies and requirements and update STANAG accordingly UV14 4559 Objectives Compliance testing; goal is 4559 compliance certification prior to UV14 execution Interoperability testing Inform STANAG 4559 future development Test Concept Test Environment(s) Phased testing to integrate lessons from “de-risking events” Define, then mature the 4559 Test Suite to support UV14 Conduct evals; collect and record data Write test report Incorporate identified requirements into future STANAG 4559

  3. 4559 Test Objectives for UV14 Evaluate National 4559 implementations for STANAG 4559 compliance Evaluate interoperability between STANAG 4559 implementations Evaluate backward compatibility between STANAG 4559 implementations Evaluate ability to ingest, store and retrieve new data sources: STANAG 4676 ISR track data HUMINT data CBRN data (CAN initiative) GMLJP2 (proposed) Identify and document new change proposals for STANAG 4559 Work required: evaluation criteria/test scripts: work with NCIA; MAJIIC2/SOWG; inputs from Nations/CIAV

  5. 4559 UV14 Test Flow Phase I: Pre-MAJEX13 Develop test plan: Determine test baseline configuration Define test suite Develop test thread(s) Conduct pre-EC13 compliance testing using CDTE Conduct initial interoperability testing with compliant systems in EC-13 (if EC13 is available) Phase II: Pre-UV14 Refine test plan: Update baseline configuration Per lessons from Phase I testing Per added sensor types in 4559 (4676, HUMINT, other) Refine test suite Conduct pre-UV14 compliance testing on CDTE Phase III: UV14 execution Finalize and execute test plan: Final baseline test configuration (pre-certified CSDs participating) Final test suite
