  2. Sending A Fax using Your ICC Back to top Step 1: Position your documents on your fax machine. Pick up the receiver and listen for the dial tone. If you are faxing from Singapore Enter 1898 (non toll free 6668 1898) If you are faxing from overseas Enter the toll free number of the country you are in Step 2: Enter your 10-digits ICC number and ‘#’ Step 3: Enter your PIN and ‘#’ or ‘1#’ for more language options. Step 3a: Press ‘2’ to continue. Step 4 : Enter the country code, area code & Fax number you wish to fax to and press ‘#’

Changing your ICC Pin Back to top If you are in Singapore Please enter 1890 or non-toll free 6668 1890 Step 1: Enter your 10-digits ICC number and ‘#’ or press ‘0#’ for more language options Step 2: Enter your PIN and press ‘#’ Step 3: Enter ‘1’ for PIN change Step 4: Enter new PIN Step 5: Re-enter new PIN and press‘#’

Program Speed-Dial Numbers Back to top If you are in Singapore Please enter 1890 or non-toll free 6668 1890 Step 1: Enter your 10-digits ICC number and ‘#’ or press ‘0#’ for more language options Step 2: Enter your PIN and press ‘#’ Step 3: Enter ‘2’ to program, review or change your speed-dial number ** When programming a Singapore telephone number, you need to enter the country code (65) followed by the Singapore telephone number Step 4: Enter the speed-dial position (1 to 8) that you want to program, review or change Step 5: Press ‘1’ to program or change your speed-dial number’ Step 6: Enter the country code**, area code and telephone number and press ‘#’ Step 7: Re-enter the country code**, area code and telephone number and press ‘#’
