  3. Trip Cost • Trip Price • $479.00 for quad occupancy rooms • $539.00 for double occupancy

  4. Behavioral Expectations • Students will not be allowed to attend the trip if they receive two separate OSS assignments or three separate BIC assignments. • There are no guaranteed refunds for deposits if a student does not follow these expectations. It is up to the parent/guardian to call NationsClassroom if this occurs

  11. Tour Support Tour Guides- Licensed by Washington Guild of Guides and chosen by NationsClassroom based upon their Knowledge of Washington, D.C. and ability to relate to Students

Tour Support Tour Coordinator- -Responsible for the proactive execution of the tour from the time we arrive until the time we depart Hotel Coordinator– -Responsible for the hotel part of our stay -Make sure all of the rooms are perfect and all keys work -Turn off long distance on phones and pay per views -Work to coordinate with us to review and plan each day -Make sure breakfast is ready -Anything else we need related to the hotel

Tour Support Night Security- -One security guard per floor from 10:00pm to 5:00am -All have had extensive background checks including FBI and Drug testing -Will not go into student rooms -Security will keep people that are not a part of our group separate from us -Will turn in a log from with notes on how the night went Tour Central- Available 24 Hours a day for emergencies including : -Family Emergency -Lost Book Bags/Cameras -Events in Washington, D.C. Other- -Accident/Dental Insurance -Luggage Tags -Wristband with Tour Central 800# on them

Review Payments: • EZPay Program breaks down trip cost into five equal automatic installments starting December 15th, 2014 and ends April 15th, 2015 • Pay in full by November 25th, 2015 Optional Trip Refund: Parents can sign up for a Full Refund Program for an extra $49.00 which allows parents to cancel at anytime before the trip departure to receive all funds minus the program fee
