  5. 2012 Office Assessments • Scheduled with Month- 16 • Scheduled with Dates- 11 • Scheduling- Tentative Dates- 8 • ANAB/INMETRO CB’s for INMETRO -Finalizing Schedule • Missing OP Assessors for Office Assessments from AVEOS, Boeing, Honeywell, and NG

  6. 2012 Witness Assessments • Scheduled with Dates- 4 • Scheduled for Tentative – 15 • Unscheduled- 16 • ANAB/INMETRO CB’s for INMETRO –Currently finalizing schedule • Missing OP Assessors for Witness Assessments fromAVEOS, Boeing, Honeywell and NG

Actions Requested • Each OEM review OP Assessor Database • Ensure each OP Assessor has a appendix I on file • Ensure OP Assessor database is correct • ANAB to provide dates for Office and Witness assessments by March 31, 2012 • ANAB to schedule assessment to be completed prior to November 1, 2012
