Level 1 Learner’s Permit • 1st 6 months restrictions require that you always drive with another licensed driver. • Licensed driver is parent or guardian. • Licensed driver MUST sit in front seat. • Licensed driver must be at least 25 years of age, and have driven for 5 years or more. • Can have only family members as passengers in back seat.
Level 2 Learner’s Permit • 2nd 6 months restrictions allow you to drive unsupervised from 6 AM to 10 PM. • After 10 PM, you are again required to drive with another licensed driver. • You can carry only 1 passenger while driving unsupervised.
