ANNA BONJOUR: “…not everything in life has rewards …we often expect to get a reward. We spend lots of time looking for fun, when other children look for food.”
EMILY BRANZELL: “Giving is not to get prizes after. It’s to show that you care and want to help people, to help make good in this world.”
KRISTA BRATVOLD: “Caring about a person who is hungry or homeless shows that you care for that individual. People are grateful for those who give without any desire for something back.”

ANNA CAMPBELL: “No matter what you give someone, and you really think you deserve something in return, it’s not about receiving. It’s about giving.”
ALLISON CARESWELL: “Children from a different county that is poor are the ones who depend on you the most. They really want you to try and help them as much as you can … It gives me a warm feeling when I do the right thing for little or nothing back.”
DUNCAN CARLSON: “Learning comes in many forms, from an academic setting in school, to life experiences every day. No matter where learning comes from, it leads to knowledge. Knowledge is the key to most of life’s opportunities.”
CODY CARLTON: “Not expecting something in return will improve your character. It will improve your generosity and make you less selfish.”
