  3. Digital Literacy • Digital literacy is the set of competencies required for participation in modern society. It includes knowledgeand skills to allow us to effectively use digital devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops for the purposes of communication, expression, collaboration and much more. • When Digital Literacy is taught @ Loretto – safety online is part of the programme.
