Extra charges will apply for each additional company listing in trade show directory (EUR 250) and for each additional badge (EUR 40) • Catalogue Show – EUR 500 • Company’s printed materials will be distributed at Visit USA Russia counter by a VUSA representative or contractor. On completion of MITT, the company will be provided a copy of Pavilion visitor database. • Extra charges will apply for each additional company listing in trade show directory (EUR 250) and for each additional badge (EUR 40) • New this year: • Translation services at the fair – price TBA (~ 60 EUR per day) • In addition we offer you your promo materials (brochures/ booklets) • - Translation (price tbaapon request) • - Printing (price tba upon request) • NB: For early bookers (with full prepayment) we offer the following discounts (applies to work station space only): • 10% before October 15, 2013 • 5% before October 31, 2013
