  3. PHAB Domain Mind Map • Written by Spokane Regional Health District • Gave the mind map to NACCHO for all LDHs to use • Contact NACCHO for CD • You can use the CD with the free trial software

  5. PHAB Mind Map: Comes complete with PHAB purpose, significance, guidance for each Standard

  6. Mind Manager: Stores all documentation for you

Our use of Mind Manager • Scott and I both have Mind Manager on our computers • Domain mind maps on our shared drive • Changes are in real time • When I make changes, add documents, write notes, Scott has immediate access to them on his computer • Way to communicate back and forth without excess emailing

  11. Future Use • We may add Mind Manager to Accreditation Team members’ computers • Team members may use the Excel spreadsheets for their organization • We are still determining our documentation organization process

  13. STEP 1: Make the Mind Map for the meeting

  14. Step 2: Add my notes

  15. Step 3: Export to Word This is the exported Mind Map to Word. All I have to do now is put on the LHD logo and print for the meeting.

  16. Step 4: Print MY agenda My agenda has my preparation notes for the meeting!
