Objective : • All campus facilities will be well maintained, safe and secure for students, staff and visitors. • Goal: • Provide facilities that support the growth of the college and that are well maintained, safe and secure for students, faculty, staff and visitors. • Accomplishments • In addition to routine maintenance there were many other significant accomplishments performed by Institutional Services .
Implemented energy efficiencies by: • Installing aerators on bathroom faucets in all college facilities • Installing energy efficient light fixtures and fluorescent lamps in the Administration, Mcleod, and Galehouse Buildings. Energy efficient light and fluorescent lamps Faucet Aerator

Cosmetology / Early College High School • $5,000,000 construction budget • 30,000 square feet total • First Floor: Early College High School • Second Floor: Cosmetology • Completion: July 2009
Parking Deck Under Construction • $9,000,000 construction budget • 135,000 square feet • 392 cars on 5 levels • Completion: May 2010 Old WPD Building Front street bridge
Union Station Parking Deck • $20,000,000 construction budget • 1,000 to 1,200 cars on 5 or 6 levels • Located behind the Schwartz Center • Start Date: June 2010 • Completion: December 2010 Union Station
Union Station Building • $46,000,000 construction budget • To be located on former police building site • 190,000 to 200,000 square feet • Five floors plus partial basement containing some parking. • To contain Business Office, Student Services, Human Resources • Administration, Foundation Offices, Board Room, Nursing, • Biology and Chemistry Labs, Faculty Offices, General Classrooms, • A 300 seat Lecture Hall and a large Multipurpose Room with Break Out rooms. • Start Date: June 2010 • Completion: June 2012
Humanities and Fine Arts Building • $30,000,000 construction budget • To include 1500 seat auditorium • To be located between Second and Third Streets north of Hanover • Architect has not been selected; too early to determine schedule
