Made by Godsaider สถาปัตยกรรมเครือข่าย มนุษย์ติดต่อสื่อสารกันได้นั้นเพราะใช้ภาษาเดียวกันในการติดต่อพูดคุยแต่ถ้าพูดกันคนละภาษาก็จะทำให้การติดต่อสื่อสารไม่ได้ประสิทธิภาพหรือไม่เข้าใจซึ่งกันและกันในทางเดียวกันคอมพิวเตอร์จะติดต่อสื่อสารกันได้ก็ต่อเมื่อใช้ภาษาเดียวกันแต่ถ้าต่างภาษาก็จะทำให้ติดต่อสื่อสารกันไม่ได้หรือได้ก็จะไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ ภาษาที่คอมพิวเตอร์ใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกันนั้นเราเรียกว่าโปรโตคอล ( Protocal ) และจะต้องใช้โปรโตคอลเดียวกันในการติดต่อสื่อสาร

Made by Godsaider โปรโตคอล ( Protocal ) การเชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เป็นเครือข่ายด้วยสายสัญญาณเป็นขั้นตอนที่ง่ายส่วนที่มีความยุ่งยากคือการทำให้อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายที่เรามีสามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกันได้ ซึ่งเราเรียกว่าโปรโตคอล หรืออาจจะสรุปได้ว่าเป็น กฎ ขั้นตอน และรูปแบบข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างคอมพิวเตอร์ บางทีเราอาจเรียกว่า สถาปัตยกรรมเครือข่าย( Network Architecture )เพื่อให้การพัฒนาโปรโตคอลให้มีประสิทธิภาพจึงแบ่งออกเป็นชั้นเรียกว่าเลเยอร์ (Layer) การทำงานเเต่ละชั้นจะไม่เหมือนกันชั้นล่างสุดจะเป็นตัวให้บริการข้อมูลกับชั้นที่สูงกว่าโดยที่ชั้นที่สูงกว่าไม่ต้องรู้วิธิการแค่รู้บริการหรือข้อมูลก็เพียงพอเราเรียกแนวคิดนี้ว่า เทคโนโลยีเลเยอร์ (layer Technology)

  4. Made by Godsaider โปรโตคอล OSI องค์การมาตราฐานนานาชาติ( ISO ) ได้ออกแบบโปรโตคอลOSI ( Open System Interconnect ) หรือโปรโตคอลเชือมต่อแบบเปิดจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายสามารถใช้งานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่วนใหญ่เราจะเรียกว่าแบบอ้างอิงOSI ( OSI Reference Model )
