Compulsory Information and Testing sessions • Children’s services Certificate CIII ( 2 years) • Thursday 14th August at 5:30pm • Electrotechnology Framework – Electrical Focus • Monday 25th August 2014 and Monday 1st September 2014 at 2pm. • Students need to bring pens, pencils and scientific calculator.

Why study the course? • Start a career in Dental Assisting. • Gain the knowledge and skills to be able to assist dentists, dental hygienists or dental therapist during all health care procedures. • Help maintain the high standards of infection control • Assist with practice administration • 2 units X 1 year

  8. Course Outline • Provide First Aid • Communicate & work effectively in health • Comply with Infection control policies and procedures • Process reusable instruments & equipment in health • 50 Hour mandatory placement • Participate in WHS.
