  3. Penjelasan STAD • Class presentations : Guru menyampaikan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Guru memberikan motivasi. • Teams Heterogenous : Sebelum membentuk kelompok, guru sudah memiliki nilai dasar siswa yang disebut BASE SCORE yang diperoleh dari rata – rata nilai sebelumnya atau yg lain. Guru membentuk kelompok heterogen berdasar: kemampuan, gender, agama & etnis. Guru memberikan bacaan bahan ajar: LKS, worksheet atau yang lain untuk digunakan sbg bahan diskusi kelompok. Guru melakukan validasi jawaban. NEXT

  4. Individual quizzes: Guru memberikan ulangan formatif / individual quizzes. • Individual Improment point: Diambil dari selisih nilai base score dengan nilai individual quizz. • Teams recognitions: Berdasar nilai IP rata – rata diberikan reward / penghargaan pada team. LANJUT
