Plant • Plant consist of 3 main parts – Roots, Stem(trunk) and Leaves • Root- Water and nutrients • Stem- Support and Transport • Leaves- Photosynthesis and transpiration.
Transpiration • Transpiration is the process by which plants lose water. • This takes place through stomata-openings found in the leaves. • Cohesion and adhesion are the main factors that drive transpiration.
