Time Frame • Introduce contest at Leadership Training • Update at Region Seminars • March 1st – Each local president sends name of the “Biggest Loser” from their county to their region director (highest % lost) • All 7 region winners are announced at 2012 Annual Conference • “Biggest Loser” overall wins complimentary registration to FSNA’s 2013 Annual Conference!

  4. How? • Take a “before” and “after” picture • Weigh in and write your weight down on a piece of paper – no one has to know your start weight • Largest % lost will win in each division • Have competitions within your county – between schools/kitchens, district office, involve anyone in food service. • Invite a representative from Weight Watchers to your chapter meeting • Encourage each other! • Take a walk before/after your meeting or do a dance break!
