Implementation Three videoconferencing suites will be placed in ESSMY, SACHS, and LTS January, 2006 Lead teachers at SACHS and ESSMY will be trained to use the equipment and both schools will be involved in videoconferencing pilot projects Initial use of the videoconferencing equipment will focus on: • Professional development • Virtual field trips • Curricular enhancement
Equipment Mobile videoconferencing unit Second camera for teacher/student presentations VHS/DVD recorder Memory stick for saving/transferring presentations
