The company is in the market since last 36 years and have delivered number of projects in the various fields of infrastructures. As per in the EPC operations since last 36 years and delivering number of successful projects the company has then moved into diversified business with holding a huge experience in all sectors to have our own captive Projects in Private sectors. Aswad Group Inc holds a very good reputation in the country with the time delivering of all sorts of projects taken under the name of Aswad under various sectors. Aswad Group Inc has been responsible for delivering many projects in national and international level Aswad holds all sorts of national and multinational tie-ups with all sorts of national and multinational companies in all the sectors.

Aswad come up in Property Development Segment to fill up the gap. • Aswad Properties Co has found that there is a vast scope of Properties market in India and overseas. There is a large demand of affordable housing in tier - 2 & tier - 3 cities. • Aswad Properties Co thus exploring all the possibilities for fulfilling the growing demand in India as well as in overseas market and further entering into large segment in the Properties business which will lead to the high revenue generation, which will empower the Indian economy as well as increase the GDP growth rate.

ASWAD PETROLEUMS CO. • Aswad Petroleum Co has emerged from Aswad and it is the holding company of Aswad Group Inc. • The Aswad being executed work for Petroleum Plant and has its presence in EPC for Petroleum Plant the company has taken initiatives to diversify the Aswad into Petroleum business and proposed to commission Private Petroleum complex with Captive Port and Captive Power Plant. • The Aswad Petroleum Co has already tie up for crude from various clients based in India as well as from overseas. • The company has already acquired land for Petroleum Project and initial initiatives has been taken up for commissioning this Petroleum Project. • The Aswad Petroleum Co is thus working to bring Petroleum Complex in India in selective location as well in Overseas countries in the place where the availability of fuel is sufficient.

ASWAD PORTS CO. • The Aswad Ports Co has formed in the view to develop Private Ports under the banner of Aswad Ports Co. • The company's main motive is to develop Private Ports in different Parts of our country in India as well as overseas. • The company has taken initial initiatives to develop a captive port for its Petroleum Projects near by vaizaq. • This Port will be used as a captive port for import of crude from various international clients who will supply crude to the petroleum plant and further the berths in the port will be allotted to Government Sectors as well as private sectors who are engaged in Port related business. • Aswad Ports Co is thus working on all aspects to develop Private Ports in selected location in India which are feasible as well in overseas countries also.

ASWAD DESALINATION PLANT CO. • Aswad Desalination Co has formed to take up the desalination plant under Private sector in India as well as overseas. • The company has planned Desalination plant in certain location in India and overseas as where the company is taking up Petroleum Complex and the area near to sea the company is planning to take up the Desalination Project. • The company has decided to take up desalination plant in Vishakapatnam near by where the company has been working for Petroleum Project and further this desalination plant will be treating Salt water into normal water which will be used for Petroleum operation, Port operations, Power Plant operations and further it will supply to Industrial Park near by the Plant an to the towns and Villages situated near to the Project.

The minerals can be exported in different countries under this banner. • Aswad being having its presence in the field of Power Projects. The company has tie-up for import of Coal from Indonesia, South Africa and other countries which are importing coal for Power Projects and for other industrial Parks. • Working on all these factors the Aswadhas diversified into import & export business in the name of ASWAD INTERNATIONAL CO.

ASWAD AGRO CO. • Aswad Agro Co has been taken up in the view of developing of Soya bean solvent plant along with refinery. • Aswad Agro Co has taken up the initiatives to develop the 500 TPD Soya bean oil extraction solvent plant along with 100 TPD refinery Plant. • Aswad has taken initiatives to develop Soya bean oil plant with refinery near by Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and all the initial initiatives has been taken under consideration to develop this plant in the year 2009. • The Aswad has considered the Bhopal area in Madhya Pradesh to develop Soya bean oil extraction plant as this area is known for its large cultivation of soya bean plant known as Malwa Area.

ASWAD MINING CO. • Aswad has been in the field of mining's for more than 3 decades and has been exploring various works in the mining sector for Government as well as Private Clients. • The company has been involved in various types works under mining sector like removal of overburden for coal mines, iron ore mines, bauxite mines, limestone mines and all other mines. • The Aswad Mining Co is exploring Coal mines, Limestone Mines, Iron ore Mines, Bauxite Mines in the state of Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Orissa & Karnataka. • Aswad Mining Co thus aim to explore maximum possibilities in extracting minerals of different types under different mines situated in India as well as Overseas and further fulfill the growing demand of minerals to the clients and contribute the revenues to our Indian economy and increase GDP growth rate.
