Classroom organization: Indicators: • Seating arrangement of students • Movement of teacher in classroom • Eye contact with the students • Giving clear instruction to the students about their class-work and home-works. • Using appropriate TLMs • Managing students’ behavior • Learner centered teaching Strategies: • Seating arrangement of the students are fixed or changed time to time to help and support them. • Teacher calls the students by their name. • Teacher is always directed towards the students. • Students are clear about their role in the particular assignments. • TLMs are need based and supportive. • Teacher is watchful to the activities of the students. • Teacher is treating the students as the active participants not the passive listeners
