Nissan Shaw Top 5 Priorities for 3rd qtr 2013 • Increase Net Income from 2.46% to 3% average / mo. • Increase our Vehicle Sales from an average of 38 units to 45 units / mo. • Increase our Service Sales from 3.2M to 3.5M. • Increase our Sales Satisfaction Index from 76.77% to 85% and Customer Service Index from 75.66% to 85%. • Refurbish our Sales Quarter ( replace chairs, tables, sales lockers, computer, and air condition system)
