Project Re-Use • Paper based student projects/contest (Arch / IED) • Temp housing, furniture • 3. Polytechnic Reduction • Create E-issue, redistribute ½ way through week, print less • 4. Postering • No poster rule, create poster fee • 5. Prudent Paper Waste • Increase awareness of hygiene waste • Place stickers on dispensers

Payback • Decrease amount of time used for file storage • Improve building usage • Reduce overall paper budget • Improve Green image of university • Reduce waste removal costs • Save on staffing costs 2. Project Re-Use • Encourage paper based student projects/contests • Emphasize paper re-use • Done via Arch/IED/PDI classes • Example: Paper based temporary housing, furniture

Postering • All Posters only allowed in Union • One daily email for all events • Have to submit ideas by certain deadline • Run/funded via Senate resources • Concerto in all high traffic areas • Improve technology to handle high flow • Create a poster fine for all who violate • Exceptions made for associated GM week events

Polytechnic Reduction • Create E-issue to be accessed by students and community • Print less articles/week (we print too many already) • Re-distribute on weekends to high traffic locations 4. Prudent paper waste • Create informative stickers to alert people to amount of waste • Place in strategic locations to make people think before doing Now that your hands are dry….notice how dry the paper towel is as well.
