  4. Setting the Context: Two Stories • What were we trying to accomplish? • What did we do? • How would we know if we had met our goals?

Story 1: PEJE CoPs • What were we trying to accomplish? • Knowledge building and knowledge sharing around how design professional development to improve ways students with diverse needs are included in Jewish day schools • What did we do? • Designed a monthly CoP call that joined two CoPs • Invited guest panelists with different perspectives • Encouraged conversation about three assertions
