FM Corporation StrategyFM 전략 • Federal Mogul produces bi-metallic strip for bearings, bushings, and washers at many locations around the world. 패더럴 모글은 전세계에 걸쳐 많은 지역에서 베어링, 부싱, 와셔를 위해 바이메탈을 생산하고 있다. • With the intention that the products and service are able to be provided to AP OEMs considerately and timely, as result of FM corporation strategy, a new raw material company was built in Shanghai in Oct,2007,that is FM Shanghai Compound Material Co .,LTD. 제품과 서비스를 주의 깊게 적시에 아시아 OEM 에 공급 할 수 있게 하려는 의도이며, FM 의 전력의 일환으로 FM CM 신규소재 공장을 2007년 10월에 상해에 건립 했다. • The target is to standardize the bearing alloys globally and thus to simply replicate the material properties made in different locations 목표는 표준화 된 베어링 합금, 즉 각 다른지역에서 만들어 지는 재질을 쉽게 재질특성을 복제하는 것이다.

FM Corporation Strategy-ContinueFM 전략 • These material fabricating lines are not new processes for the receiving plants just with facility relocated. 이들 재질 생산 라인은 신규 공정이 아니라 설비 재배치로 소재 수급 공장을위한 것이다. • In production, chemistry and microstructure are checked on every batch of material to approve for manufacturing. 양산에서, 화학성분, 조직이 제조 승인을 위해 매 생산 시마다 검사 된다. • Especially the process and parts will be approved by FM Global Bearing technical center which is located Wiesbaden, Germany. 특히, 공정과 제품은 독일 비스바덴에 위치해 있는 FM 글로벌 베어링 연구소에서 승인 될 것이다. • The properties of A370 and A-590 alloy made at FMCM are summarized hereinafter. FMCM에서 생산되는 A-370과 A-590 재질 특성은 다음장에 요약 되었다.

FMCM IntroductionFMCM 소개 • 1993 - XiangSheng Company is established • 1993 – 샹생회사 설립 • 2007 - FMCM is formed as a JV between Federal Mogul(60%) and SAIC (40%) with intent to purchase XiangSheng • 2007 – FMCM은 XiangSheng 구매 목적으로 FM(60%) 과 SAIC 간에 JV로 형성 되었다. • FMCM was strategically created as a regional supplier • FMCM은 그 지역 공급자로 세워졌다. • FMCM took control of XiangSheng in October of 2007 • FMCM은 2007년 10월에 XiangSheng 관리를 시작 했다. • FMCM is investing roughly $8,000,000 in 2008 • FMCM은 2008년도에 대략 8백만불(약96억원)을 투자 하고 있다. • FMCM will have the second largest aluminum strip production capacity in the world by 2010 • FMCM은 2010년부터 세계에서 두번째로 가장큰 알루미늄 소재 생산처가 될 것이다. • FMCM will be unified with FMSBC and be relocated to Zhoupu Town, Shanghai • FMCM은 FMSBC와 통합되어 질 것이며, 상해 Zhoupu 에 재 배치 될 것이다.
