  2. QAAD Goal: To ensure compliance with standards of quality basic education by assessing, monitoring and evaluating the region and division performances

  3. Objectives: • Establish and manage the Quality Assurance and Accountability System in the region by January – December 2011 2. Check and validate documents of at least 70% per level (preschool, elementary and secondary) of the schools (public and private), applying for operation, recognition, and accreditation and recommend approval or disapproval.

  4. Objectives: • Assess, monitor and evaluate the implementation of programs and projects the region and divisions. • Provide technical assistance on QAA to the functional divisions and school divisions.

  5. Accomplishments • Certificates of Government Recognition (new format) are released to 49 Private Schools on July 5, 2011
