“If” – EI; a 2nd class condition, (contrary-to-fact condition), “if and you do not”. The premise is untrue.
AGAPAO ME,Imperfect, Active, Indicative, Second Person, Plural.“You all loved Me.”
They have not AGAPE loved the Lord in the past which is causing them sorrow at this time.
AGAPE love demands application of knowledge – Bible Doctrine. It is not based on relationship but on the mentality of the soul.
There is no capacity to love because they do not have, 1) Maximum Doctrine in the Soul,

Disciples of Christ should receive +H from seeing the plan of God advance.
AGAPE LOVEEtymology of Love: a. AGAPAO is the verb, and the noun is AGAPE.

2. AGAPAO is a special love, referring to the mentality of the soul where PHILEO love is more of the outward demonstration of affection based on the inward attitude of love.
3. AGAPAO is strictly a mental attitude and excludes emotion. Your emotions respond when you have AGAPE love, but it’s not based on your emotions.
4. AGAPAO means freedom from mental attitude sins, and a Relaxed Mental Attitude (RMA) towards its object.

11. It is simply God’s love working within and out through the believer.
12. This love can not be humanly produced or even successfully imitated because it goes out to the objects of divine affection and grace, rather than to the objects of human desire.
13. A human heart cannot produce divine love, but it can experience it.
14. It can only be found with the Word of God resident in your soul and the power of the filling of God the Holy Spirit operating in your heart.

Jude 1:21,“Keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.”

James 1:12,“Blessed is the person who perseveres under testing, because when he becomes approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”
Eph 6:23-24,“Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love.”
