  2. Patient profile • ผู้ป่วยหญิง อายุ 35 ปี • มาพบแพทย์เนื่องจากผมร่วงจากการใช้ยา ARV

  3. Time line ปี 2548 เริ่มใช้ ARV ~4 ปี ~1 ปี 1 วัน 4/1/2554 ปรับสูตรยาเป็น 3TC EFV TDF เนื่องจาก Lipodystrophy 5/1/2554 Alopecia โดยมีการร่วงเป็นกระจุกและเป็นมากขึ้น 17/12/2552 ปรับสูตรยาเป็น Combid (AZT+3TC) & EFV ไม่เกิดปัญหาใดๆ จนกระทั่ง Ambulatory care

  4. การวิเคราะห์ • ยาที่มีรายงานการเกิด Alopecia คือ 3TC • ยาที่ไม่มีรายงานการเกิด Alopecia คือ EFV, TDF • แต่ยา 3TC ผู้ป่วยได้รับมานานแล้ว (> 1 ปี)Alopecia ไม่น่าเกิดจาก 3TC เช่นเดียวกับ EFV ที่ได้รับมานานแล้วเช่นกัน และไม่มีรายงานการเกิด Alopecia • TDF แม้ว่าจะไม่มีรายงานการเกิด Alopecia แต่เป็นยาชนิดเดียวที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนก่อนเกิด Alopecia และยาดังกล่าวเป็นยาที่ต้องติดตามการใช้ยา (ยาสามเหลี่ยม คือ ยาใหม่ที่ได้รับการอนุญาตให้ขึ้นทะเบียนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา แบบมีเงื่อนไขในการใช้ โดยยังต้องอยู่ในระหว่างการติดตามความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ยาดังกล่าวเป็นเวลา 2 ปี ซึ่งในระหว่างนั้น อนุญาตให้ใช้เฉพาะในโรงพยาบาลเท่านั้น) • ผู้ป่วยไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแชมพู หรือย้อมผม
