2. You were in your room getting ready for school. It was really foggy outside, but the weather man said it would get sunny in the afternoon. You look out the window and see the tree in your yard, on the tree was a nest. Suddenly, you see a strange man outside the window and decide to watch him. He looked up and saw you. You duck. After a few seconds you look up and see if he is still there and he is. He starts heading for the forest but you don’t want him to get away so you run after him. There was something that was strange about him.

3. you start running now as fast as you can, but you start feeling numb because it is so cold and he gets away. As soon as he runs into the forest, he drops something that was small, but luckily you saw it fall out of his pocket. You pick it up. Behind you, you hear the bus leaving for school. “Oh man, I’m going to be late for school!” you say out loud, so you decide to take the shortcut through the forest. Right now, all you care about is getting to school on time, so you just shoved the object in your pocket. And you get to school just on time. During class, you examine the object he dropped. 4. You couldn’t concentrate in class, all you care about right now was the key you were holding in your hand. After school was over, you decide to go home. You look to see what there was in the fridge for you to eat. But all you could find was some disgusting spinach. You didn’t know what to do with the key but just stare. Then you decide to call your friend over and tell her about what happened this morning. So after she arrived and after you told her everything. She decides that we should both go back to the forest and see if there are any clues that he left behind. You don’t go and stay home • Go to the forest OR

5. So now, its sunny, but the air was still freezing cold. You brought a flashlight and a magnifying glass. And a baseball bat just in case… So now, you’re walking through the forest with your friend. And don’t find any evidence. So you keep walking further into the forest. You find a abandoned house in the middle of the forest. Your friend looks at you and you look back. You take the key out of your pocket and put it in the keyhole eloquently.

6. The door clicks and you push the door all the way open. You take a peak inside. Nobody was in there so you decide to walk in the house. You see all types of gold jewelry and money laying on the ground and realize that the house you came in, was a criminal’s. At first you thought that the jewelry and money was his, but after a few more minutes in there, you came to realize the truth. OR Dial 911 immediately Look around

7. Your friend takes out her phone and dials 911. She tells the receiver their location. The police arrived in 5 minutes. The robber wasn’t home so, they hid on the side of the house. He arrived an hour later, the first time the police asked him to put his hands in the air, he resisted it, but when the police aimed their guns at him, and he did what they asked. 8. But you don’t feel it’s safe. You beg her to stay and don’t leave. So you guys just go to the living room and watch a movie. After a few minutes, you hear someone in the back door trying to barge in. You turn around and your heart starts beating quickly. You and your friend quickly dash to the nearest home phone when you hear the door break open. Instead you rush to the basement and hide under the staircase. You both quickly pull out your cell phones and dial 911. Go out the basement door and outside Stay under the staircase OR

9. While you wait for 911 to pick up, you hear crashes and loud bangs on top of you. Your friend quivers beside you, not knowing what to do. Finally, the operator picks up. “911 what can I help you with?”’ you tell the situation and she tells you to stay where you are and they will be there in no time. You stay there frozen in fear waiting for them to come when you hear loud footsteps above you. You hug your friend tightly and watch the figure as he walks down the stairs. He doesn’t notice you though and starts rummaging in the boxes that you have. It seemed forever for the cops to arrive, but you hear the front door burst open and 2 police men come downstairs, the robber tries to find a spot to hide, but is too late. “Put your hands in the air!” one of the cops shouted.

10. He quickly does what he says and gets on his knees. The cops go up to him with their guns pointing down at him. One of them hold him down while the other pulls out handcuffs. You both come out and are still scared. The thief gives you the glare, but you know he can’t go anywhere now. Both the cops lead him out of the house and into the car. For a long time after that there are no crimes around your neighbourhood for a long time. THE END Go back to the beginning

11. You don’t feel it’s safe enough, so you both quickly dash to the door. You had trouble opening it since you were shaking but you eventually got it opened. You hang a loud bang from upstairs and you know that he probably got in to the house. Your friend has her phone held up to her ear and finally an operator picks up. She tells the person on the other end they’re location and situation. You both run to your neighbour’s house and knock on their door like crazy. A man opens the door and lets you both inside. You tell him what happened and he was about to dial 911 but the cops showed up right when he picked up the phone.

12. You both watch the cops run into your house and after a few minutes they come out with the thief. You and your friend knows it’s safe to come out now. The police men leads him to the car and you are asked questions by them. After that, they drove away and the thief gave you the glare while the car moved. You shivered but you’ll know you’ll be safe now. Go back to the beginning

13. You couldn’t stand not telling your friend. So you wait till the teacher leaves the room. You quickly turn around to your friend who sits behind you. “What's up?” your friend says. “This morning, I found this key-” And before you know it, your teacher is back and yells your name across the room. “What are you doing?” Um, nothing I was just….” “Detention for both of you!” the teacher yelled at you. Turning to continue teaching the class. Your face turned bright red, you were a bit embarrassed

14. So school’s over now, and your in class with your friend for detention. Soon, the teacher let’s you leave. While you walk out of the class you ask if your friend can come over to your place. Once, you open the door to your house, everything was trashed and then you hear a bang from upstairs. You run upstairs and see your parents room door half opened. Then you see a robber in your parents room, he was rummaging through your mom’s jewelry box. Go stop him Go hide OR

15. You didn’t have time to think but just run downstairs to the kitchen and grab a frying pan to protect you. You knew it was stupid, but it’s better than nothing. Both of you guys go to the washroom across from your parents room without the robber seeing you guys. You wait till he leaves the room and sneak up behind him.
