ABC130 Wafer Probe • Three projects competing for time on RAL Cascade S3000 probe station • Try older Micromanipulator station instead • Originally bought for “The Red Experiment”, but little used • Still seems to work • First connected the probe card on Friday • Took a while to get good probe contact • Then had to find and correct two silly mistakes • Peter’s omission of jumper on ABC130 driver • Vendor’s zero ohm SLVS terminations on probe card (!!) • Working as of today (12th March) • Proposal is to run MUX scans only • Should be sufficient to identify gross failures • Should also confirm FIB success

  6. Outlook • Screen the NanoScopeFIBbeddie tomorrow • Manual loading, one die at a time • Screen the three wafers later this month • Probably after ACES • Requires a little more code development to run automatically
