Carley Estates PSP Case:CDR-12-05-108 Project:Carley Estates Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) Substantial Change District:5 Request:To consider a substantial change to the Carley Estates PSP to delete the BCC Condition of Approval #5 to allow the standard required ten (10) foot side setback on the west side of Lot 3 and the east side of Lot 1 in order to accommodate a building width of forty (40) feet on each lot.
