Crossroads Property • Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Crossroads Property Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP): • 1) Amend the existing Master Sign Plan, • 2) Request a waiver from Section 31.5- 166(a) to allow a maximum copy area of 132 square feet and 381 square feet in lieu of 60 square feet per sign, and • 3) Request a waiver from Section 31.5- 166(b) to allow a maximum height of 20’-1” and 31’-4” in lieu of 8’ per ground sign.
