Workflow assignments for Client Rep and Production/QA Team • The blue arrows indicate the primary flow of communication/production. • The red arrows indicate the secondary flow of communication/production, which goes into effect only when the PR1 needs to pass work along to the PR2. The red brackets indicate that the PR2 is not initially involved in any part of the process. • The green arrows and brackets indicate that the tech team is not a part of the process unless the client rep asks for their assistance. • In the event that the PR1 is out of the office, the PR2 becomes the PR1. • Note: When possible, the PR1 will inform the Client Rep of their expected time out of the office. An out-of office reply will inform any direct client to PR1 messages to the appropriate contact/s.
