New Construction Updates • Middle School/High School Projects • Design Advisory Group Update • Community Engagement Update • Closing on the Wellington property is scheduled for January 25, 2019 • Anticipated opening: Fall 2022 • The Athletics Complex at the Prospect Site is anticipated to open in Fall 2021

  3. New Construction Updates • PSD Futures Lab • Update on program pilot for 2019-20 and 2020-21 • Design Advisory Group Update • Transportation Center • Planning continues

  4. Ongoing Facilities Update • $40 Million in Ongoing Facilities Improvements • Process for Changes to the List • Received feedback from principals prior to Thanksgiving • Staff will review content and update the list • Timeline for Implementation • Project timelines and budget codes will be established by January 2019 • Projects administered by Operations will be implemented over a three to four year period • Furniture and equipment identified in the list will be managed in like categories, with scheduling taking place January 2019 (for larger furniture replacements or equipment requiring coordination with Facilities). Purchasing will be conducted according to that plan.

  5. New Construction Updates • Zach Elementary School Addition • Design currently being refined and construction documents are being prepared • Construction of addition to replace existing modulars will take place while school is in session • One modular will remain for the short-term • Anticipated completion: late 2019 • Design work: Fall 2018 • Construction begins: Spring 2019

  6. New Construction Updates • Southeast Elementary School • Developer continues to work on site infrastructure projects • Update on Architect Selection • RFP has been issued and will close December 12 • Architect selection anticipated January 2019 • Design to begin in early 2019 and continue to early 2020 • Anticipated opening: Fall 2021
