Improvements that resulted from last year’s feedback: • Classified staff member goals aligned with CSIP, BSIP, FACES • Performance-to-budget reports for each unit • Workplace safety monitoring • Introduced Park Hill Quality Academy to enhance understanding of The MQA criteria for performance excellence • Inclusion of suppliers and partners on strategic planning teams • Further deployment of ADDIE • Further deployment of Continuous Improvement Classrooms
